Details
This cartridge is loaded with a 55 grain bullet. That’s the standard weight for a 5.56 projectile, and as such its recoil, point of aim and ballistic performance should be familiar to an experienced enthusiast – as well as highly instructive to a novice. The nonmagnetic bullet’s copper alloy jacket works well to prevent a failure to feed and decrease the rate of barrel fouling. It also wears a cannelure, which keeps the bullet from shifting out of its seating while it’s subjected to recoil in the magazine.
Serbia doesn’t make ammunition like Russia does. These cartridges have brass cases instead of steel ones, which gives them cleaner performance, more reliable feeding and extraction, and excellent reloadability. Rangemaster cartridges are also equipped with Prvi Partizan’s highly reliable and non-corrosive Boxer primers.
